It was a very tough day. Tuesdays are always tough, but this one was tougher. A colleague came to observe me, so nerves played into the mix. Plus we had a lock down drill. I didn't take enough for lunch. I had to eat a snack at 3 o'clock stuffing in a piece of string cheese and a couple bites of an apple. I didn't have my banana at noon. Somehow I made it.

you'll like it....better than all the food in China...no Gym today...car trouble ...new battery...all fixed...miners are being rescued...good night !
We lost the transmission in the Buick, so we are going on one car until Rick fixes it. Not looking forward to THAT bill.
