It was a gorgeous day. Walked Essi. Sat outside doing work. Hummingbirds have discovered my feeder after all summer. There must be a half dozen flying around chasing each other. They are very entertaining. Down to fifties !=(!) tonight. Good points day.

Hooray for Starbucks....they have a blend called Pike Place that I really like....RSG thinks it tastes like burnt rope....her idea of a great cup of coffee is steaming hot water with brown food coloring...but Real Men like Pike's Place...I look forward to it because it is a diversion from the discipline of losing......lost .2 since yesterday....going very slow but will stay with it....you have to pay the price to become a "Babe Magnet"
