I did a lot of this today. Everybody seemed to have the same idea I had and went to the same stores at the same time. It was teacher day at Staples and their checkout computers were down. Yikes! I did get to Dorothy Lane Market and did a nice shopping for the first week of school. One more day before Teacher Day on Monday.

Played a Funeral, walked 1/2 hour and saw a vey cool movie THE HELP....check it out...weight loss for the week....none....looked at my record keeping....did noto it drink water....so this week is water week..I just forget to do it...must do better....the story of my life "I Must Do Better"
