Tomorrow I have 11 classes. This is an all-time record in one day. Every Monday I will teach 11 classes. I am prepared and ready. I have some snacks ready and a good but fast lunch. If I'm still alive tomorrow night (ha) I'll let you know how it goes.

11 in one day seems a bit much...wow...
Inching closer to my initial goal...4.6 to go and I will have lost 100 pounds since January 2009....it was a tougth weekend...was more hungry than usual..but water with root beer stevia got me through...sometimes you just have to do what you know you need to do and it will eventually show up on the scales...it was an up and down week on the scales...but at the end of the week lost 5....ONWARD
