Cooking Your Own, the Balance

Well, we liked the meals better yesterday. We really liked the crab cakes and carrot salad. Breakfast was a little lean this morning, but good. There is a lot of preparation. When you eat vegies, you have to clean them and cut them up. Cooking takes effort and time, but you can control what you eat much better. You know exactly what the ingredients are. I'm not sure I want to spend so much time cooking per day, though. I wonder what is the balance to walk between giving the time and putting your food in someone else's hands.

I just got back from walking Essi - very humid, but not as warm - YET, that is.

Cheers,
Sue
