Wow, is it ever hot here - temperature today was 96 and very high humidity. Yikes! I was planting this morning and worked on the computer in the afternoon. Essi got her walk in the best part of the morning.

Tuesday Morning....too hot to walk...went to the gym and walked ...hooray for Air Conditioning...FYI...I weigh every day,,,,and have maintained my loss I fluctuate under and up to it by 2 pounds...but I have not gone over my total loss...weighing every day is important...although it is contrary to WW itseems to work for me...
