We had Morning Star and it was pretty good, that is for dinner. I had a very tough feet day, as in hurting bad. It is difficult to teach with hurting feet. Hopefully they will be better tomorrow.
Arthritis ... wish I didn't have it in my feet.

I feel your pain....really....with Diabetes 2 I have neuropathy in my feet which is controlled but ever present...It serves as a reminder to me to be vigilant in my daily diet.... Have a great week and hang in there
