It was a nice afternoon to rake leaves. I also walked Essi and cooking a nice dinner. I got quite a bit done, but I wish Sundays were longer. I need about 4-5 more hours.
Tomorrow's the tough day.

Busy Sunday played 2 church Services one evening concert...preparing for trip to Cape Town Oct 20...
Total weights loss since jan 2009....110 pounds...it is slow going but the Arbonne shakes are working for me...
